At Annabelle Lee & Poe, every piece is crafted with care, intention, and just a touch of the macabre. Because each item is handmade or created through sublimation, small variations are part of their charm and uniqueness.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been placed.

⚖️ Our Exception – A Shop Error

If a mistake is made on our part (wrong item, design flaw, or damage caused before it reached you), we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Should your claim be accepted, we’ll work with you to make it right.

🕯️ What This Means

We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or dislike of the handmade variations that make your piece unique.

Because these are handmade and custom items, cancellations are also not accepted once production has begun.

To be considered for a replacement or correction, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. All replacements, exchanges, or refunds will be sent in the form of a gift card or store credit.
